The room’s displays and audio/video sources can be configured with the touch of a button on the room’s touch panel or keypads. While docked, users can easily configure the audio/video in the room. After entering a password, users can remove the panel which becomes an interactive remote control and multi-media interface for the room. Users can quickly select a different room mode, adjust room volume or turn the displays off with the touch of a button from each workstation.
Video Conferencing is available with remote parties anywhere in the world using standard IP conferencing with three integrated touchscreen systems. Dual 6×2 video walls with 55” LED Displays can display any of the video policing feeds in a combination of formats on either or both video walls. Feeds can also be sent to the integrated touch displays if needed. All of the workstations are housed in a central rack with fully integrated matrix switching. This means that any of the video sources in the room can be fed to any or all of the video displays.
